CliqSpark uses submitted information to manage subscriptions, webinar registrations, email delivery, and related follow-up. We do not require account creation for public content.

For newsletter signup, work email is required and first name is optional. For webinar registration, first name, work email, and business or firm name are required.
How is it used?
It is used to deliver Briefings, manage webinar registration, understand source attribution, and respond to preference or unsubscribe requests.
What about tracking?
The site records basic engagement events such as page views, CTA clicks, subscriptions, registrations, and source information so CliqSpark can understand what is useful.
